The Marketplace provides:

- a Service Directory for independent service providers;

The Marketplace acts solely as an intermediary technology platform facilitating interaction between independent buyers, sellers and service providers.
Except where expressly stated, the Marketplace does not manufacture, own, purchase, stock, warehouse, rebrand, distribute or sell products in its own name.
- Independent Sellers and Service Providers
All products and services available on the Marketplace are offered by independent sellers and independent service providers.
Each seller or service provider is solely responsible for:
- identity and eligibility;
- licenses, registrations and statutory approvals;
- product quality and safety;
- product descriptions and specifications;
- pricing;
- packaging and labelling;
- warranties and after-sales support;
- service quality and execution;
- legal and regulatory compliance.
The Marketplace does not certify, endorse or guarantee any seller, service provider, product or service.

- Payments

Individual sellers retain ownership of their respective trademarks, product images, product descriptions and other intellectual property submitted by them.

- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Marketplace shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from:

- payment gateway failures;
- internet or technical interruptions;
- incorrect product information supplied by sellers;
- acts or omissions of sellers, service providers or third parties;

- Indemnity
Users, sellers and service providers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Marketplace, its promoters, directors, employees, consultants, affiliates and authorized representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, penalties, costs or expenses arising from:

- breach of Marketplace policies;
- infringement of third-party rights;
